Weather it's a delicious chicken & cheese dinner crepe or aTwice as hard as stainless steel, the anodized aluminum of this 10-inch crêpe pan from Anolon provides a highly durable cooking surface. The construction also allows for even and quick heat conductivity without the hot spots that can ruin a delicate crêpe. The pan's three-layer Autograph nonstick coating is ideal for the quick-cooking nature of crêpes and cleans up easily. The phenolic handle, attached with a stainless-steel double rivet, stays cool on the stovetop and withstands oven use up to 350 degrees F. Anolon's construction requires very little cooking oil, but plastic, nylon, or wooden utensils are recommended.
