Made to fit the Scanpan Classic Ceramic Titanium series, the piece is made of heat-tempered glass with a smooth, rounded profile. The heat-resistant phenolic knob stays cool on the stovetop to avoid burnt fingers, and the lid washes up easily by hand or in the dishwasher.
