J.A. Henckels International Classic Clad 10-Inch Non-Stick Frypan is manufactured using tri-ply clad material. The aluminum material in the center is an excellent heat conductor, which provides even heat distribution in the pan. Because of the superiorCrepes and omelets slide right out of this 10-inch fry pan, thanks to the interior non-stick finish, and require little or no grease. The pan's long handle, riveted for strength and curved for comfort and control, stays cool thanks to its hollow form and V-connection. A generous hole allows hanging. Nylon or silicone whisks, spoons, and cleaning brushes all glide smoothly along the curved inner contour of the pan, and a stainless-steel lid (number-coded and available separately) fits snugly on the flared, easy-pour rim.

Clad in gleaming stainless steel, each piece is constructed with an aluminum inner core that covers not just the bottom but the sides as well, resulting in exceptional, even heating.
